Do you have guests coming to the wedding from out of town? A great way to welcome them after a day of traveling is a welcome bag filled with comforts such as bottled water, a small snack, or something that is personal to you as a couple! Also include an itinerary for the weekend so they know where they need to be and when!

Keep Guests Hydrated

Keep guests hydrated with a simple drink station or these cute personalized water bottles! This keeps your friends and family hydrated and ready to dance!

Guests love having a line on your RSVP to pick out a song for you to play during the reception. This also helps you see what songs are popular with your guests and a way to keep people on the dance floor.

Providing transportation to and from the venue keeps them from getting lost or being late to the ceremony. It also provides a convenient way for them to get there and back. Guests are sure to enjoy this convenience.

Keep the Little Ones Entertained

If you have a group of children attending, a kids table may be a good idea. It can be filled with bubbles, coloring books, or even glow sticks for when it is time to dance (adults love glow sticks too)! This can keep them entertained throughout the night!
